Our client is looking at recruiting an HR specialist who would help to improve the HR policies and systems in the government departments of Dubai. The department has a series of initiatives lined up such as HR policies, compensation structure, competencies, job evaluation etc. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in HR with 4-6 years of experience, preferably in a renowned consultancy or a multi national or semi-government organization. The candidate must have experience in developing HR systems and policies and must have worked as an internal or external consultant in providing HR solutions.

Salary: Dhs.16,000-20,000 per month
